Reports sent on WhatsApp Desktop, after you approve
BackBrain drives the installed WhatsApp Desktop app. It opens the chat, attaches a file that is already on disk, and sends after you approve. It can read recent messages in that chat. That is not proof the other person received or opened the file.

- It finds or builds the file on your PC.
- It opens WhatsApp Desktop and attaches the file.
- It sends after you approve.
Privacy
The send happens in your desktop app, and passwords are not put in the transcript. BackBrain does not run a chat archive in the cloud. Other task text can reach a cloud model you chose.
A useful first report task
Start with a file you have already reviewed. This separates two different questions: whether the report is correct, and whether it is attached to the right conversation.
Before approving
- Check the exact filename and report period.
- Check the recipient or group name in the installed desktop app.
- Check that the file does not include information you do not intend to share.
The workflow requires WhatsApp Desktop on the Windows PC and an available signed-in session. Sending is not a promise of recipient receipt, and the optional Android companion is not a substitute for the desktop operator.
