The assistant an accounting practice uses for the clicking
Accountants and bookkeepers lose hours to portals and file names. BackBrain, on the practice’s own Windows PC, downloads statements, pulls email attachments, renames files by their contents, fills PDF forms from data you already have, and sends a report on WhatsApp Desktop or email after approval. It does not replace professional judgment.
What it can do
- Collect statements and email attachments.
- File them into client folders. Organize does not delete.
- Walk a portal and wait for review before submission.
- Deliver a finished file after you approve the send.
Confidentiality
Each password stays in the vault on that PC. There is no BackBrain cloud account holding every client’s password. If you use a cloud model, credential screens are not sent to it.
Audit
The transcript and the hash-chained record are how you answer “what did it do?”
A normal request
Someone asks for last quarter’s statement. You allow the task. BackBrain opens the bank’s site, signs in, downloads, checks the file, and sends it on WhatsApp Desktop or email after approval. A one-time code can be typed on the PC.
