Name files by what is inside them

BackBrain can read what a file contains, propose a name and a folder, and move it after you accept. It uses contents and metadata, and asks when unsure.

Preview before moves

1. Inspect the folder and read documents.
2. Use OCR for scanned pages when their text can be read.
3. Propose file names and folders based on contents.
4. Preview the moves and accept before applying them.

Organizing does not delete

Clean up or organize is never permission to delete. Delete needs a clear request and confirmation of the exact files.

Scheduled work

A schedule still waits for approval if a later step sends or deletes. You can stop the routine.
